"The Stories You Told" : Final Printing!
Last chance to order a copy of my limited print poetry chapbook.
I was supposed to officially cut off orders for my very final printing of “The Stories You Told” on Wednesday, but I simply could not bring myself to post a reminder that it was the final day. Social media is a very difficult place for me to exist right now and I am working very hard to make some peace with that.
So. First things first: Orders for my final printing of my poetry book will be closed at the end of the day today, Friday, October 27. If you want a copy, order now so I can have them to you in time for the holidays :)
I also have my poem print sale going on now, 40% off all prints and 25% off custom poems.
Second, I just wanted to share a few things that have been important to me in recent days, should any of y’all, like me, be seeking some softness and kindness to hold.
1: Some dear friends’ new song. “Dying Leaves” by Megan McCormick and Amanda Fields. This one’s been on repeat since I heard it. Such a beautiful offering. Megan and Amanda, thank you.
2:
3: Mary Oliver’s “The Leaf and the Cloud.” The first movement, a poem titled “Flare,” feels like an entire lifetime in 7 short pages. What a gift. Mary, your memory is a blessing. Thank you.
4: The generosity of friends, the beauty of fall. Sitting with my family by Lake Michigan, speaking to me in her silence. Yes. Thank you.
